Het was een feessie om te doen, helemaal omdat deze editie vegan georienteerd is. Nog meer een feeessie is dat in het blad een interview staat met mijn lieve vriendin en de meest briljante vegan chef die ik ken Maartje Borst en moi, plus twee heerlijke recepten uit ons nieuwste boek!
Onze vegan verhalen en ervaringen zijn bijna hetzelfde en waar Maartje een kick krijgt van het marineren, grillen, kruiden, koken en preppen van alles eetbare plant, vind ik het gewoon heerlijk om te fotograferen en te eten wat zij maakt. Ja, we vormen een goed team en tellen de dagen af dat FAMILY.EAT.PLANT. planeet Aarde zal raken en nogmaals en wederom zal laten zien dat er alleen maar winst te behalen valt als je vegan wordt.

So much fun to feature as cover person for the plant-oriented edition of Vitamin Magazine, which hits the shelves today in Vitamin Store and in which the amazing benefits of plants, nutritionally and medicinally are highlighted. And what’s even more fun is that inside you’ll find an interview with my darling friend and the most brilliant vegan chef I know Maartje Borst and yours truly, plus two delicious recipes from our newest book.
Our vegan stories and experiences are almost the same and where Maartje gets a kick out of marinating, grilling, flavouring, cooking, and prepping everything edible plant, I just love to photograph and eat what she makes ;-). Yes, we make a wonderful team and are counting down the days that FAMILY.EAT.PLANT. will hit planet Earth and once again show that there is only to gain when going vegan.
